Business Case Package
You believe you are ready for promotion or want a transfer and need a business case. The Rework Package includes two-90 minute sessions.
— Session 1: we will talk through your people landscape (i.e., what it takes to move around the company), your reasons for why you and why now, and then start building the outline for your case
— Session 2: you will present your case to me and we will stress test it in preparation for your meeting with the decision makers

Presentation Package
You are building a presentation or training. You have no idea where to start, how to end, or what goes in the middle. The Storytelling Package includes two-60 minute sessions.
— Session 1: we will talk through the objectives of the presentation and your audience and update accordingly
— Session 2: you will present your updated presentation or training to me and we will stress test the storyline and enhance as needed

The Refresh Session
You know the skill/ craft/ gift you want to focus on. There is a chance you already started your business and took a break because “something was off.” It’s time to refresh with sustainability in mind.
The Refresh Session is a 90 minute 1-on-1 session where we will:
— identify your blockers
— identify what must be done versus “nice to haves”
— create a high-level roadmap for you to get started immediately after the session

The Refocus Session
You have had many ideas over the years. Sometimes you feel a bit all over the place, and overwhelmed by how much you want to contribute to the world. You love learning, and starting over, and over… and over again. It’s time to make sense of it all.
The Refocus Session is a half-day 1-on-1 session where we will:
— identify the blockers and connect the dots in your story
— review your creative and business ideas over your lifespan
— determine where to focus and develop a personalized plan for your immediate next steps
